Reporting to Diabetes Marketing Manager, will be responsible for the development and implementation of the key strategic imperatives, positioning & messaging for assigned products, implementing marketing activities, creating and executing communication and Cycle Plans. Lead cross-functional teams and interact with the other functions within Novo Nordisk.
You will be responsible of:
BRAND PLANNING Lead the development of plans and strategic marketing plans for assigned products based on strong market analysis. Develop and coordinate an overall brand plan, ensuring alignment of brand positioning and messaging across the organisation. Develop and execute marketing plans through the extended brand team. Execute the effective integration of marketing tactics – medical education, advertising, public relations, patient education and training. Control the brand/portfolio budget process.
MARKET ANALYSIS Develop marketing input to extended brand teams in order to maximize brand ROI. Analyse the market for existing products in coordination with Business Information.
PROMOTION Develop and disseminate promotion and training programs with input from sales. Develop together with the Project Office personal and non-personal Health Care Professional tactics. Select and manage professional services to create effective programs to maximize ROI. This includes symposia, speaker’s programs, print materials. Manage the advertising agency and promotional review system to implement overall campaign, educational, promotional programs. Work according to local law, Business Ethics.

De 4 a 5 años
Min. Bachelor Degree, preferably in Business Administration. Valuable Master in Marketing.
At least 3-5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry in a similar position.
