We are looking for a Business Developer based in Barcelona to drive the expansion of our BPO business by identifying new opportunities and developing strong partnerships with pharmaceutical and healthcare companies. Someone who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, enjoys opening new doors, and is motivated by creating long-term value for clients.

🚀 Your Mission

You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities while promoting BPO solutions tailored to the evolving needs of pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

✅ Prospecting and acquiring new accounts within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.

✅ Identifying business opportunities and building a robust commercial pipeline.

✅ Developing relationships with key decision-makers across functions such as General Management, Commercial, Human Resources, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Procurement, and more.

✅ Understanding client needs and designing value-driven solutions aligned with their business challenges.

✅ Managing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through proposal development, negotiation, closing, and follow-up.

✅ Preparing and delivering compelling commercial presentations and proposals.

✅ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.

✅ Monitoring market trends and identifying new opportunities for growth.

Requisitos del candidato

Licenciado
Más de 5 años
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Postgraduate education or specialization in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management will be considered a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Required Experience:
• Previous experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, or Consultative Sales roles.
• Proven commercial experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or Life Sciences industry.
• Experience selling BPO services, outsourcing solutions, consulting services, or other value-added professional services is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in new business development and account acquisition.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
