We are currently selecting a Training Technician for a leading multinational company in the dermo cosmetic sector, located in Barcelona.
Under the supervision of the Department Manager, will be responsible for the following duties:
• Design training materials: scorms, videos, infographics. • Manage the training platform: courses creation, users’ assignment. • Deliver training sessions. • Organize the initial training for new employees. • Work cross-functionally with other key areas such as Marketing or Medical Affairs. • Provide training support to subsidiaries. • Analyze training results.
