Sales Development 60%
• Work on the identification and prioritisation of new customers based on the target profile and an excellent knowledge of the product portfolio, differentiating potential customers according to whether they are interested in finished products or API. • Prospecting strategies to lead the initial approach to potential customers (medium and large medical nutrition companies, local distributors, e-retailers, wholesalers). • Identify potential customer needs and challenges. • Proactively seek out new market development opportunities. • Evaluate business opportunities and market assessments. • Negotiation (portfolio, pricing).
Customer management 40%
• Monitoring partner performance. • Maintain permanent control of customer management in relation to product portfolio. • Develop detailed marketing and co-marketing plans to contribute to results. • Engage partners in the development of licensed products and corporate marketing or scientific activities. • Weekly tracker of BAU, strategic and business development customers
