Reporting to the Head of Market Access, this role will have the purpose of securing, optimising and defending market access of our products at a price reflecting the value of each NN brand Besides, you will develop evidence-based value propositions, communication tools and contracting opportunities.
TENDER STRATEGY • Analyse tender market and dynamics to identify opportunities. • Investigate and shape the tender network in order to identify key players. • Define and plan mid-term tender strategy to reach key decision makers and influence optimal position of Novo Nordisk portfolio at tender definition and processes. • Coordinate execution of the tender strategy on the field, in collaboration with field market access team and sales to assure Novo Nordisk portfolio optimization.
PRICING • Provide support in pricing decisions. • Manage the Pricing Databases, Processes and Price Business Cases, both locally and internationally, ensuring alignment with Business Information. • Ensure the right follow up and implementation of Price Reference Orders, rebates… • Actively monitor and analysis of legislative environment in the market access field. • Competitive intelligence: competitors P&R processes follow up.
VALUE COMMUNICATION TOOLS & HEALTH TECHNOLOGY ASSESSMENT • Develop local value stories for payers and decision makers (including external advice activities), including relevant materials and tools. • Develop payer engagement activities to disseminate the value stories. • Establish key value proposition elements and develop appeals for HTA (at national, regional and local level).
CONTRACTING • Develop and implement innovative proposals to optimize Novo Nordisk portfolio access. • Ensure competitive offers at hospital level.
Requisitos del candidato
De 1 a 3 años
• Min. bachelor degree, preferably in Health Sciences or Economy. • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry. • Deep knowledge of the Spanish pharmaceutical market. • Fluent in English and Spanish.
