We are searching a Senior Key Account Manager in Madrid for a Techmed Company of Clinical Diagnostic market, who can strengthen market position and secure that the revenue grows in the acute care segment in Spain.
We need a sales person with a strong business acumen, who handles complex selling with ease.
Key assignments will include developing and executing a business plan for the customer portfolio in accordance with the overall formulated strategy and plan for the Spanish acute care segment; building trust-based relationships with stakeholders in different departments and across a number of organizational levels at both public and private hospitals; and ensure our company goals and objectives are met.
The right person is solution-oriented; has the ability to execute; has profound knowledge of the acute care segment; and knows the mechanisms in the Spanish hospital environment well.
It is expected that >60% of the working time is spent on customer meetings and travelling.
The position is home-based and permanent.

A clinical, medical or a life-science educational background is important. This need not be at PhD- or MSclevel, but could also be, say, someone who has a nurse- or a lab tech-background.
Three to five years of field-based experience selling diagnostics equipment and consumables including experience with tender processes in the Spanish healthcare sector, as well as knowledge of CRM including sales cycle management, are requirements.
