• Development of local epidemiology and burden of disease studies. • Evidence generation to demonstrate the value of Novo Nordisk portfolio and to optimize patient access to our products. • Define and implement innovative agreements (RSA, ceilings, outcome-based agreements…) to relieve the impact on the payer’s budget of our innovative products (at national, regional and hospital level) involving real life data collection to improve our portfolio access. • Responsible for local market access RWE plan and execution (including approvals) and hospitals • Develop innovative, simple and easy-to-use market access tools supporting the Novo Nordisk portfolio.
• Define economic data needs for Spain, being the point of contact for any economic data need in the affiliate. • Provide input to registration trials, Product Development Plans… • Adaptation of Cost Effectiveness Analysis, Budget Impact Models (BIM). • Prepare value dossier for price & reimbursement submissions in line with global strategy and local requirements. • Deliver HEOR messages with the purpose of secure, optimise and defend market access. • Develop HEOR publications which support local market access strategy and in close collaboration with externals stakeholders (Universities, KOLs etc.)
• Min. bachelor degree, preferably in Health Sciences or Economy. • At least 3 years of experience in a related function within the pharmaceutical industry. • Deep knowledge of the Spanish pharmaceutical market.
About the department
You will be part of Market Access & Public Affairs team, which handles these main areas: Public Affairs, Market Access (National, Regional and Hospital level), Health Economics, Diabetes Foundation and Communication and Private Market Access.
Reporting to the Head of Market Access, and with the purpose of securing, optimising and defending market access of the Novo Nordisk portfolio, your main responsibility will be focused on developing innovating contracts and producing additional ‘real world’ data to guarantee the access of our products while minimising the risk for payers. Besides, you will deliver evidence-based health economics and outcomes research to support HTA submissions and product value stories.
